Adverbs and expressions of frequency:
• Usually, normally and sometimes can also be used at the beginning of a present simple sentence, e.g. Sometimes I get up late on Saturday.

• Other common expressions of frequency are: every week, every month, every year.

• In expressions like once a month, twice a day, etc.
once and twice are irregular (NOT one time, two times). 'times' is used with all other numbers, e.g. ten times, thirty times (a year).

5. PRONUNCIATION

The pronunciation rules for 3rd person singular (-s and -es endings) are exactly the same as those for plural nouns. You learnt this in: Básico 1: Unit 3A - present simple and in Básico 1: Unit 2A - plural nouns

Don't confuse the questions you learnt at the beginning of this page with:

How do you look ?
